The foundation is a not-for-profit charity that provides direct relief for suffering, distress, misfortune and helplessness to members of the public in a non-discriminatory way.

We specialise in providing physical, medical, material, financial pastoral, spiritual, psychological and emotional support to those in need.

How We Work

Housing

We help people who are experiencing homelessness, and treat everyone with dignity and respect, and empower people to find a way forward.

Medical

We provide assistance and funding for medical issues and procedures for those in a helpless situation, helping reduce suffering and improve quality of life.

Spiritual Care

We help people who are in a spiritual crisis, and help those in this situation find meaning in the everyday things in life.

Financial Help

We provide financial assistance for those in desperate situations, to help break out of circumstances and find a way forward in life.

Purposes & Objects

The principal purpose of the company is to provide direct relief of suffering, distress, misfortune and helplessness to members of the public in Australia in a non-discriminatory way. ln pursuit of the principal purpose, the objects of the company are:

to provide relief, support and healing to persons who have a terminal, chronic or life threatening illness and to their families, dependants, relatives, carers, friends and others concerned for them;
to provide relief, support and healing to the bereaved;
to provide such relief, support and healing in any possible way, including physical, medical, material, financial, pastoral, spiritual, psychological and emotional;
to provide such relief and support by teaching about the nature of any illness or distress and how to treat, tolerate and overcome it and how to care for, help and support those who are ill;
to provide such relief, support and healing:
- through in-home services and in-patient facilities;
- in co-operation with any other persons; and
- at healing centres, sanctuaries, hospices and respite centres provided by the company; and

to do all such things as are ancillary, incidental or conducive to any of the above object
